Students were welcomed back to campus and invited to kickoff the fall semester at a special event packed with breakfast favorites.
Students, faculty, staff and administration joined together for the annual Late Night Breakfast Aug. 21 at 9 p.m. at the Gordy Dining Hall. Reinhardt’s leadership team and deans, along with Metz Culinary Management, served up eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more to hungry students.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Late Night Breakfast because the food is awesome,” said freshman Ethan Alexander.
The atmosphere embodied what Reinhardt stands for, a small friendly environment. Friends were reunited and new friends were made. The event was a success and the students were grateful for how the event drew people back to the roots of communication.
The Late Night Breakfast included music, food and games to welcome the students to their homes away from home for the next year.
“I enjoyed the music,” said senior Emily Haney. “The atmosphere allowed people to actually converse with their friends as well as the new students.”
The annual event is hosted by the Office of Student Activities.
